Calvin Rodgers

Calvin Rodgers was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. He took an early liking to the drums, as a kid growing up in church. Early in his career, Calvin played for the Gospel artist John P. Kee. At that time, he was also becoming a regular first call studio session drummer in Chicago, for everything from smooth jazz to radio and television jingles. Now Calvin Rodgers plays for Fred Hammond and The Isley Brothers. Click here for full bio.
